Customer Service Administrator
Welwyn Garden City
£18,000 -20,000 per annum

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job responsibilities
· Price quoting jobs
· Managing the import and export of all goods overseas (Dubai, Kuwait, USA)
· Maintain good relationships with suppliers
· Compare existing supplier prices and benchmark against new quotes
· Stock take for PPE and products needed within the environment
· Responsible for all product ordering
· Maintain the holiday schedule
· Book hotels, arrange travel and produce itineraries when required
· Collate and check weekly timesheets
· Any other task as directed by Line Manager
Person Spec:
· Excellent attention to detail
· Proactive thinking
· Patience and confidence on the phone
· Able to build relationships
· Strong customer service, coordination or administrator experience
