A new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service role to join a great team of people working for a "Leading design brand" within its sector, based in Leeds.

Are you confident with a professional telephone manner and enthusiastic to learn? If so this role would most definitely suit you,

Duties:

Taking calls after the order

Answering any questions about the products

After Care Service

Tracking of orders from the calls

Resolving any general issues

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary £18,000 - £ 20,000
