You will be taking in bound calls from the client's employees.

It is based in Manchester City Centre.

The role will require the following:
Delivering a high standard of customer service
Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies
Undertake a range of administration tasks on the company system and also include being comfortable on the phone
Work effectively as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail, detail accuracy and communication skills are required

The ability to work at pace through a variety of tasks some of which can be high volume.
