My Client is looking for respectful, reliable and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for quality and service to join their expanding team. My client also offer their staff progress and financially support their cleaners to achieve SSSTS status with an interest free three month loan.

You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 7 cleaners, ensuring that company standards are delivered on time, effectively and within budget. You will be responsible for the teams Health & Safety and attending meetings with the client. You will be supported by one of their Field Operations Managers.

Candidates must have experience in construction cleaning, hold SSSTS certification and a valid driving licence.

Role Responsibility

·  Undertake all required training in relation to all aspects of the cleaning service delivered to the client, as requested.

·  Complete a schedule of cleaning tasks, as directed by the cleaning supervisor and Field Operations Mangers

·  Wear the company uniform at all times whilst at work, and PPE when specified.

·  The method of conducting all cleaning tasks is as directed via the training

·  To undertake occasional duties outside the normal routine.

Skills/Experience

·  Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff

·  Good written and verbal communication skills

·  Ability to work well under pressure

·  Ability to achieve performance criteria

·  Self-motivated

·  Sense of own initiative

·  Ability to work effectively as part of a team

·  Flexible approach to role

·  Previous cleaning experience

·  Must have CSCS and/or SSSTS

·  Full UK driving licence required

·  Cleaning: 1 year (Required)

·  construction/ building : 1 year (Required)
