We are currently recruiting for an additional Class 2 Driver to join our ambient foods delivery team, at our Nottingham store.

The Role: Permanent.

You will be joining the Delivery team and will be responsible for the loading/unloading of vehicles, delivering stock to food service customers. You will be providing a delivery service to customers, delivering products and collecting payments from customers.

* Candidates will be qualified HGV class 2 drivers and hold a Digi card.

* You will be reliable, punctual and have a flexible approach towards your hours as start times may vary from 7am - 11am depending on the run that day.

* A flexible approach is also required towards your role, as you may from time to time be required to complete warehouse duties.

* It is essential that you have customer service knowledge and experience, as you will be working within a customer-facing position therefore will be building and maintaining key relationships. It is also important that candidates are trustworthy as you will be collecting payments from customers, in accordance with company policy and procedure.

* There is an element of manual handling/handballing within the role, therefore you will need some knowledge of manual handling requirements (all within legal requirements).
