Responsible for implementing Tonglu plant NPI, transfer and Brilliant Factory project which assign to him.
Essential Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities
 Leading NPI, transfer, Brilliant Factory project according to plan.
 Support to improve product quality, production efficiency ( Lean ) etc. with implementing related project.
 Task which assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Familiar with validation procedure;
2. Good project management skill;
3. Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change results orientation
4. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience
5. Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong process knowledge of Paper machine and conversion;
2. Good English skill;
3. Experience of Brilliant Factory project in China
