Adecco Italy Spa is currently recruiting for Prometeon Tyre Group – Pirelli Industrial a:
Pricing & Demand Planning Specialist – Internship
Prometeon Tyre Group, formerly Pirelli Industrial, Is the company head of the group that manufactures and commercializes Truck, Bus, Agro and OTR Pirelli tyres under license. 4 factories (2 in Brazil, 1 in Egypt and 1 in Turkey) make up the Group's production structure and 2 R&D centers in Milan and Santo Andrè (Brazil), Represent the heart of the product portfolio innovation. Over 7,000 people work in the Prometeon Group of Pirelli's Industrial activities with the Aeolus group. The operation - subject to the approval of the relevant authorities - will lead to the creation of the world's first producer entirely dedicated to Industrial tyres and the fourth largest in the world in terms of production capacity in this segment.
The candidate will be working in the Headquarter's Marketing department and will be involved in the following activities:
• Coordination of the monthly forecasting process (commercial variances) at central level, interacting with the local structures (5 Regions) and other internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance);
• Management and maintenance of the forecasting tool, in collaboration with ICT department;
• Analysis of commercial trends, with the aim of identifying business opportunities;
• Support to the mix/channel analysis;
• Monitoring and analyzing the main accuracy KPIs;
• Reporting and actual calculation;
• Ad hoc analysis to support the central Marketing management.
Education:
Masters degree or MSc in Management Engineering, Statistics or Economics.
Requirements:
Excellent analysis skills and critical thinking when processing numbers
Excellent knowledge of MsOffice, especially Excel
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
