For Rentokil Initial Italia, Adecco Italia is looking for a Pricing Controller who will be part of Finance team, reporting to the Senior Business controller and acting as a pricing specialist for the business.

Your role is key to provide high analytical support to the business in order to focus on all pricing and sales strategic information and to address the appropriate decision makers for the business development.

Role and Responsibilities
1. Support the analysis and preparation of budgets, forecasts (P & L, Manpower and key indicators) ensuring that they accurately reflect the plans of the management team and the objectives of each business area
2. Prepare monthly report on Profitability trend
3. Prepare quarterly Pricing Reporting to the Group
4. Monthly review of the results for KPI', identifying and analysing the deviations against budget and forecasts, and issuing relevant recommendations on them, to support business in the decision-making and forecast review

Requirements
University degree in Economics or Management Engineering
At least 2/3 years experience as Sales Controller or Business Controller or Pricing Analyst in fast-pacing industries and international organizations
Fluent in English
Preferable qlik sense and Navision experience
Proactive, curious and resilient person
You like to manage priorities and deadlines and you have a can-do attitude
Approach led by accuracy of data
Teamplayer person, you like to be challenged as a stimulus to learn
