For Rentokil Initial Italia, Adecco Italia is looking for a brilliant Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director.

The resource will be responsible for planning meetings and trips, managing the agenda and convening meetings of the Board of Directors, supporting administrative activities.
Additionally, he/she will work with the Office Management team.

Role and Responsibilities:
• planning and coordination of the agenda and calendar of meetings and trips of the Managing Director and coordination with the other members of the Management Team
• planning and management of the international calendar of Group and international / European meetings in coordination with the European and Corporate PAs
• convening and managing meetings and related support
• support to the administrative activities of the Management relating to: management of signature books, management costs, monitoring and efficiency in the approval flows of confidential documentation, correct filing of documentation
• organization of meetings and events, possibly also taking care of the set-up, in coordination with external collaborations of agencies
• booking of business trips and management of business trips and related expense reports of the MD
• drafting of texts and documents, such as minutes of meetings or translations from foreign languages (English-Italian) and correspondence with the PAs of the various Group functions
• management of institutional relationships and relationships with VIP customers, suppliers, collaborators
• proactive search for information when required
• support in the management of the private agenda

Requirements:
• Graduation;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language;
• Excellent knowledge of Office/Google Suite packages, in particular Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Previous experience in the job of 2-4 years;
• Strong confidentiality and discretion;
• Reliability, grace, standing, savoir faire;
• Flexibility, problem solving;
• Ability to communicate, organize and cope with stressful situations;
• Accuracy, organization and efficiency;
• Ability to organize work independently and also with a project management approach and respect for deadlines;
• Propensity to work in a team and ability to work under stress.

20 hour part-time contract.
