Working for a reputable company on the outskirts of Nantwich based at their head office within countryside surroundings.

This is a varied role so my client is looking for a proactive, team player who is willing to carry different tasks to support the office and as directed by management.

Specific duties will includes:

* Taking calls from clients and dealing with their needs

* Booking and managing diary appointments and meetings

* Prioritising urgent or standard calls

* Organising the post daily

* Assisting with producing monthly newsletters

* Supporting colleagues with various office administration

* Greeting customers at reception when required

* Processing customer payments

* General office administration to include: photocopying, faxing, filing, and archiving

The ideal candidate will be positive, well organised and willing to learn.
