Adecco is currently recruiting for a client in the services field, an Office Coordinator
This role is responsible for overseeing all efforts related to culture including general office operations to ensure a welcoming, functioning, positive, productive, inspiring, supportive, safe, and well-maintained
workplace for all.

Requirements
•A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast moving, dynamic, office management role that required projects and events management and general everyday office operations
•You are proficient in working with leaders, drafting comms, change management, project management, and English
•Working experience in start-ups, dynamic and innovative environments is a plus

Tasks & Responsibilities
•Local POC for all elements related to the Employee Experience and liaison to subject matter
experts + centers of excellence regionally and globally. Coordinate all related work and represent many other functions in your office
•Responsible for office operations including delivering the facilities, food, health & Safety and
security programs, including liaison with third party vendors
•Be a host & a central resource for both guests and employees alike
•Maintain a space that is clean, functional, inspiring, productive, safe and welcoming
•Be responsive to employee requests for everything from office supplies & equipment, to building
maintenance needs, to video conferencing issues, using the global ticketing system to track work as applicable
•First point of contact for all office operation issues
•Maintain organizational systems to reduce clutter in the office and ensure that all shared
spaces and meeting rooms are equipped and usable throughout the day
•Deal with all mail correspondence and manage urgent letters and mail as delineated by the
correspondence forwarding rules
•Deal with invoices and tax certifications along with accountants and consultants
•Oversee local office and cultural onboarding for all new team members
•Events: event design and planning, coordinate event set-up and breakdown, organize events materials & keep supplies inventory, source vendors & venues for events
•Represent and drive the global internal communications strategy for your office and within your country
•Learning & Development: Liaison with L&D to facilitate bringing pro
