We are looking for a Logistics Professional who is responsible, and dependable with a positive and upbeat personality and the ability to work at a fast pace. He/she should also be a team player who is always reliable, on time, with a solid work ethic and a commitment to consistent work attendance.
Key role requirement: to assist the Facility Manager and Board Members with various back office duties including, but not limited to:
• Handling purchase orders to suppliers
• Warehouse responsibility and control / inbound logistics
• Updating the system (SAP)
• Exporting and formatting reports out of SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Liaise with Headquarters Depts. such as planning, accounting, IT, procurement
• Dispatch/ logistics
• Support book keeping
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Economics/ Accounting degree desirable
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar/ generalist role. Must have previous experience working in an accounting, warehouse, logistics, customer service and sap system based unit role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in battery industry is a plus
• Business professional attitude
• Proficient in English and Italian language
• Excellent SAP user
• Knowledge of the Accounting sector
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Excellent data entry skills
• Must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
