Junior IT DeveloperAnalyst

Looking for a passionate candidate showing interest and some entry level skills on application analysis and programming. The candidate will work in an IT team with the objective to develop, maintain, and support the several company applications. He will be involved in the full systems lifecycle, design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of applications software being delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring and product evaluation. He will develop a solid understanding of systems analysis, design, development, and quality assurance and integration methodologies. Solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.
He will operate closely with customers, business analysts, IT colleagues, showing good communication skills and team working attitudes, understanding business requirements and driving the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. With a solid technical background the path career may lead the candidate through senior positions of System Analyst, System Architect/System Project Leader .
Required/Desired Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• Microsoft-centric web development skills: IIS, ASP.Net, MVC, C#, Web API, .Net Core
• Web development tools and technologies: HTML5 / HTML, CSS3 / CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML, and JQuery
• Understanding of the evolving integration technologies (SOAP, REST)
• SQL development skills
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of Object-Oriented programming, and MVC application architecture
• Commitment to producing top quality, well designed and flexible applications
• Strong programming ability, with great attention to detail and design as well as a passion for producing efficient and reusable code
• Solid understanding of user interface/experience design principals and behaviors in continuous improvement
• Desire to learn and use new technologies
• Potential and flexibility to growth over time as a System Analyst, System Architect / System Project Leader
