We are searching for a Junior Financial Controller for a prestigious client based in Cernusco.

Your responsibilities will include both financial and operations controlling, such as:
- Support of the senior controller, of the controlling team activities and support in all planning activities (outlook, forecast, budget, 3 years plan);
- Month end closing tasks and ensure technical support for cost controlling & reporting;
- analyses deviations actual vs forecasts / budget and implement activities including weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting/reviews ad KPI monitoring;
- Optimize business operations and Participate in business planning; prepare and coordinate the Operations budget with Operations management and Overhead budget with Functional Leader.

Requirements:
- Strong academic background. Finance & Controlling degree;
- Previous experience, at least 3/4 years;
- Fluent use of SAP and Excel
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Good communication skills and attention to details.
- The ideal candidate has great capacity to adapt in a matrix environment and can manage stressful situations.

We offer a temporary contract up to six months.
