We are currently recruiting, for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry (web search engine, mail provider, web services, hardware products ecc.), based in Milan, a:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead program to deliver the following key objectives: improve click-through and conversion rates, drive customer acquisitions, increase customer spend and revenue, etc
Develop Website testing / Mobile Strategy with Machine Learning: Manage A/B test of AdWords Landing Pages to drive conversion rate improvements;
Develop long-term mobile strategy - Mobile landing pages / campaigns to drive acquisitions
Develop Content strategy: Lead efforts in Keyword Research and Content development to improve search ability
Collaborate with global and regional sales and marketing teams
Expand portfolio of work and showcase digital advertising, copywriting, and creative development skills

Preferred Requirements:
Master's degree
International work experience (6/12 months)
Previous experience (3/4 years)
Demonstrate strong interest in digital marketing (eg: AdWords - SEM, GDN, TrueView etc, Keyword Planner, Search Console SEO, Content Marketing, A/B Testing, Email Marketing)
Excellent project management skills
Strong ability to work across cross-functional/regional teams

PROPOSAL:
Temporary contract for 12 months with extension
Gross Annual Salary: CCNL Commercio – 3° Level - € 38.000,00 - € 42.000,00
