• Be responsible for the operational activities of the bars including: overall organization, guest experience & relations, revenue optimization. • Participate in the planning & elaboration of events / projects in the bars.

• Guarantee high quality service standards and consistency in preparation & service.

• Lead, guide & develop the team

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same field.

• Previous experience in Maldives archipelago in a similar role in a 5star property.

• Bartending Skills or other similar certification(s) in wines & spirits

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
