The Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel is looking for a star - an Operations Manager who is looking to work at one of the leading Hotels in Exeter. The Operations Manager is fully responsible for all aspects of the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Housekeeping departments at our busy Hotel. We are looking for someone with a Can Do attitude - a person who is equally comfortable having a 'hands-on' approach to ensure customer's expectations are exceeded, as well as having the business acumen to ensure key financial targets are met and revenue targets are exceeded.
