- Arrange yearly performance appraisal with general managers and data record, coordinate and arrange for hotel reviews with general managers and Area General Managers and coordinate and take part of annual GM / AGMs conference.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings/ interviews between hotel owners and candidates for GM position.
- Prepare and submit yearly objectives for general managers.
- Prepare and submit annual salary increment for general managers with hotel owners.
- Prepare and submit yearly bonus proposal for general managers with hotel owners.
