Key tasks
- Ensure that the HACCP standards are implemented and well-maintained according to the established procedures, operational policies and controls.
- Ensure that the HACCP is implemented and maintained according to the established procedures, operational policies and controls.
- Report the implementation and qualification of the HACCP standards to the Management for review to maintain and facilitate improvement of the system.
- Initiate investigation for the root cause and corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of non-conformity on food products or the processes in HACCP.
