Key tasks
As a hands on HR you deliver excellent HR services to AccorInvest hotels and ensure that you are known to be a trusted advisor regarding managing employee relations and absenteeism. Proactively you partner and support General Managers and Talent & Culture representatives in deploying operational HR tools and executing policies and procedures effectively. You are responsible for supporting the value driven AccorInvest HR strategy in our hotels. Driven by excellence you will support HR AccorInvest Benelux in all the missions, while making sure that all HR policies and procedures are executed effectively and efficiently in the hotels.

You are fully aware of your environment and have outstanding communicative and interpersonal skills. You authentically connect with others and have a reputation of being a trusted advisor. You are experienced in effectively managing your stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a decentralized organization.
- Experienced and successful in managing absenteeism & health cases.
- Experienced in effectively managing employee relations.
