Job description
Key tasks
- Is responsible for the food production of all F&B restaurant and bars , banqueting , room service and the employee’s canteen.
- Is required to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards of the 2 brands at all time.
- Is responsible for the development and the monitoring of the food budgets of the 2 hotels and the labor budgets of the kitchen departments.
- To manage the recruitment, work and training of the kitchen teams including chefs , cooks and stewards for the most efficient process . To establish and maintain effective employee relations within the kitchen teams and with the other departments.
