As our Engineering Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering department. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support by implementing systems, policies and procedures and monitoring projects
Maintain smooth workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results

Requirements :
Fluent in English and confident speaking skills
Positive working attitude and customer-centric
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative work
