Job description

Key tasks

1. Ensure operation of the equipment in the hotel, put forward reasonable suggestions to superiors to control energy cost.
2. Abide to regulation concerned strictly, make maintenance of equipment on hotel kitchen, laundry, water supply system, air-conditioning &cooling system, fire waterproof system.
3. Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all staff.

1. 保证酒店机电设备正常运行，向上级提出合理建议，控制能耗成本；
2. 严格遵守酒店规章制度，做好厨房设备、洗衣房设备、给排水系统、空调通排风及所有制冷设备、泳池机房设备、消防水系统维修保养工作；
3. 确保按时出勤并使所有下属都遵照值班表工作，根据总监要求巡查有关重要机房及公共区域。
