Key tasks

Key Tasks:

- Analyze daily and weekly trading reports, including sessions, conversion, volumes, margins and take prompt action to continually improve performance.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders within Revenue Management, Marketing and Ecommerce to highlight key web challenges and coordinate action plans
- Participate and contribute to weekly trading meetings, and lead the meeting when needed
- Report on business performance for hotels and/or hotel management group providing in-depth insight and analysis highlighting risk, opportunities and selling in Accor services as appropriate
- Management and optimisation of web budgets ensuring spend is delivering positive ROI and within budget spends
- Manage the relationship with Central acquisition team on all related web levers in order to deliver Norther Europe web targets
- Develop and obtain support for business plans, strategies and selling new ecommerce products by influencing cross-functional management
- Analyze competitor benchmarking regularly

- Accountable for Acquisition levers (Web direct, SEA, Metasearch, Affiliates, App)
