Prestar serviços de assistência/atendimento aos colaboradores, auxiliar no recrutamento/seleção.
Analisar o desempenho dos colaboradores e desenvolver programas que tenham como intuito aumentar a capacitação e motivação dos colaboradores.
Conhecer rotinas trabalhistas, legislação e e-social.
