Job description
Key tasks
- Checking of Daily FO & F&B Cashier’s Audit reports
- Daily distribution of revenue and statistics reports
- Checking night audit report (rate check)
- Verification and validation of commission billed by travel agency by preparing reconcilliation report
- Updating Payment Feedback of Event Bulletin
- Conducting random cash float count (F&B, FO & Petty Cash)
-Processing charge back with Merchant
- Verification of all credit card transactions
- Payment posting for all AR accounts
Non-financial audit
- Room discrepancy audit.
- Daily checking of HK report with FO report as to status of rooms.
