People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Key responsibilities:
• Producing work instructions, Wikis, user manuals, process and procedure documents, and job aids
• Analyze end users' needs
• Work closely with the department to understand their process and procedures
• Produce quality written material that is easy understand and applicable to their needs

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in one or more of the following: Research, Technical Writing of process and procedures catered to clients, and/or Editing
• Minimum of one-year experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in an office setting

Other qualifications
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
• Experience standardizing content across documents and revising documents based on user feedback
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders from many departments with differing opinions and agendas
• Experience creating content for documents based on input from subject matter experts, account leads, and others

Preferred Skills and Experience
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Proficient in MS Office suite, with exceptional PowerPoint skills
• Ability to multitask and handle projects that have rapidly changing deadlines or content

Preferred Education
• BA in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or Communications or an Associate s Degree in the same plus two year of experience
