Job Description:

· Experience in Public Sector.
· Support in developing and executing Supply chain and procurement optimization and development initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state.
· Reporting and document creation skills e.g. excel sheets, power point presentations, word files.

Qualifications

· Must have an MBA or Master's from a Tier 1 institute.
· Related qualification or international certificate in supply chain & procurement
· 1.5 – 3 Years of Relevant experience in Supply Chain & Procurement Consulting
· PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent.

·  Able to handle multiple objectives in a complex environment and work under-pressure.
·  Self-motivated, with a willingness and ability to learn quickly.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills and team oriented.
·  Fluent English and fluent Arabic language skills are required.
·  Excellent organizational, creative problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, Honest, systematic, time management, prioritization, delivery skills and focused personality.
·  Exposure to two or more of: Program planning & shaping, Program governance, Program Leadership & Management, Program Measurement Including Diagnostics & Review and Value Case management, is beneficial
·  Public Sector experience including one or more of: Citizen Services, Administrative Services, Health, Postal, Customer and Border Protection, Policing, Investments and Development, is welcome
