Call for Tenders Office Specialist
Rome

Your challenges

As part of a close-knit team, you will follow the entire tender process by:

· Analysing reference documents and regulations
· Preparing and verifying legal and administrative documentation from pre-qualification to the final awarding
· Managing relations with third parties and associated companies
· Verifying and coordinating the production of administrative documents

Behind a successful project there is a great team, at Accenture the team supporting internal departments is unique. You will help support our Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Finance, Legal, Information Technology, General Services areas to ensure a high-quality standard and provide the best performance for our customers.

Employment contractual conditions will depend on experience and seniority.

Qualifications :

·  You have at least one to three years' experience preparing tenders for services and supplies (experience with ICT companies will be considered a bonus)
·  You have a particularly good knowledge of regulations governing public contracts
·  You have mastered Office and online tender management electronic platforms
·  You are a flexible and goal-oriented person who is committed to meeting deadlines
·  You have a bachelor's degree (a bachelor's degree in Law will be considered a bonus)
·  You can work in a team
·  You speak and write English fluently
·  You love to share and learn different things
·  Every day is a new challenge for you and an opportunity to learn something new
