REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS - FINANCIAL SERVICES CONSULTING

You will undertake growing responsibility in projects that help our clients to analyze and redesign solutions and processes in the area of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance.

More in particular, you will be involved in one or more of these following activities:

· Analysis and design of the operational and organizational processes regarding the areas of Risk & Capital Management
· Definition and implementation of the models and solutions for the calculation, evaluation and integration of risks (Credit, Market, Liquidity and other risks)
· Definition of actions to take regarding the use of risk metrics in the management area (evaluation of creditworthiness, pricing and budgeting, value analysis and reporting, capital adequacy)
· Total governance of complex legal compliance programs regarding Risk Management (e.g. Basel 2) with a focus on the definition of the mandatory requirements and the identification, planning and building of the most suitable solutions in compliance with the regulations
· Help our clients in questions of Regulatory Compliance (e.g. investor protection, consumer protection), linked to Internal Control Systems (e.g. design of processes and methodologies, risk control, definition of information flows between control functions etc.) and the management of operational risks (e.g. processes of data collection loss, analysis scenarios, IT risk etc.).

Qualifications :

·  1-5 years of experience gained in a leading consulting firm or a large multinational / national company in the banking sector
·  Fluent in English
·  Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
·  Natural inclination to work in groups and highly results oriented
·  Excellent ability to build relationships with clients
·  Willing to travel both nationally and internationally
