As an Operations Recruiter you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process: you contribute in thinking about the recruitment strategy; you advise your internal clients, and you will be responsible for efficient fulfillment of the recruitment demand. Naturally, you are also responsible for the entire guidance of the selection process for your candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives;

- Ensuring the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner with a focus on minimizing the time to hire and recruitment costs;

- Develop hiring and candidate sourcing approaches using appropriate channels/media;

- Work with Marketing and Communications team on external branding and overall candidate experience;

- Review sourced resumes against key screening criteria, interview and assess candidate to present quality shortlists to hiring manager for review;

- Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates;

- Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation.

Qualifications :

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

- Bachelor/master's degree;

- 1+ years of relevant work experience;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

- Fluent in English.
