Oracle Cloud Customer Experience Analyst
Milano, Roma

What you will do

You will lead a complex process analysis with junior/senior resources and subject matter experts. You will be in involved during the bidding process by mapping the client requirements to the product functions showing that the product meets their needs.

· Evaluate a client's CX architecture, strategy, process
· Produce solution estimations and take part in the product's high level planning and implementation methodology.
· You will contribute in the delivery of a fully-functioning CX solution to the client.

If you are the person we have just described and meet the following requirements, send us your application:
·  Three years experience building integrations between the different Oracle CX products and/or Siebel CRM or other CRM/Fusion products - Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ (Configure Price Quote), Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Social Cloud
·  Good knowledge of Oracle Siebel CRM and/or Oracle Cloud CX architecture
·  Experience in leading/coaching teams
·  A wide range of industry experience (telco, banking, manufacturing, commercial) will be appreciated.
·  International project Experience will be a strong asset.
·  STEM area Diploma, Degree or Master Degree.
