Job description
Onboarding and recruiting assistant
Administrative support of onboarding and recruiting team, mostly working with MS Excel, Word and Outlook and using internal database of candidates (ATAS), communication with candidates and other departments in company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Responsible for assessing incoming CVs, communication with candidates, creating profiles and matching in internal database
• Responsible for administrative part of onboarding process (communication with candidates, welcome letters, preparing contracts for all workforces, collecting information from managers, communication with several departments)
• Position mapping – weekly update in order to check if all actual positions are posted on Profesia and their mapping with Taleo
• Referral program reporting, investigating if every referral is valid, updating all info needed for payroll
• Ad hoc activities from Onboarding team leader and support for recruitment team
• Ad hoc activities connected to job fairs and career fairs
Desired profile
Qualifications :

• English language – intermediate to upper intermediate level
• MS Excel and Word – good user knowledge
• Detail oriented, responsible, tenacious, diligent, punctual, independent

Salary:
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 4,50 € per hour depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas
