What will you do:

The EPS Specialist is an integral part of Electronic Payment Services
team and partners with the other teams in efficient handling of broadly defined electronic payment tasks.As the EPS Specialist you are responsible for providing a range of services to both the Client and Accenture in terms of reporting, KPI delivery and dealing with colleagues working within the CPO OTC team. The role is there to ensure that service is delivered to the client in line with contractual terms and Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

· Processing financial transactions and preparing reports as per tasks assigned by the team leader (in accordance with agreed service levels) and maintaining daily work statistics;
· Performing controls on multiple/ different financial reports to ensure accuracy and reasonableness and raise queries with Financial Institutions and internal teams to drive issue resolution;
· Assisting in resolving client and customer issues – performing investigation / root cause analysis;
· Establish and maintain excellent working relationships internally and externally with our client;
· Assist in addressing gaps in the process documentation & procedures and implementing process improvements

Qualifications :

What do we expect from you?

·  Nice to have 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable, General Ledger, Financial Services, or Banking. Accounting knowledge is a plus.
·  Proficient English business communication skills; verbal and written
·  Degree in a relevant field nice to have
·  Must be competent in Microsoft Office (All Products)
