HR Contact Center Analyst with Hungarian

Job description
· Acts as first level of support for HR related situations;
· Data entry into the various Human Resource systems and tracking tools;
· Updates the HR data base with the employees personal information changes;
· Creates addendum for existing employees for various job data changes (transfers, promotions, contract extensions, etc.);
· Analyses output reports to ensure data has been processed accurately, addresses errors with employees and initiates corrective action;
· Researches and resolves data entry, discrepancies;
· Follow established policies, procedures and methods;

Qualifications :

Fluency in English and Hungarian;

Good client handling skills;
·
Good communication skills, both written and oral;
·
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;
·
Self motivated, positive attitude and approach;
·
Professional approach and comfortable dealing with clients;
·
HR or contact center experience desired (as the responsibilities are Front office activities - answering to inbound calls, inquiries HR related, solving first line service queries, perform updates in Success Factors);
