Job Summary

The Life Safety Officer needs to focus on 3 different areas, each of which, focus on the rigorous protection of our people and assets. There is a need to understand security standards and tactical plans for Mauritius Locations and support the planning, implementation, review and performance measurement of those standards. The 3 areas which are Security, Health & Safety and Environment are defined as below:

· Understand and deploy Accenture's corporate Life Safety standards
· Support and maintain the daily operations
· Support and maintain the Workplace security manual
· Good environment business acumen and previous experience in a similar domain (preferably in an International Company)

Qualifications :

Educational Background & Skills Requirements

·  Health & Safety related Degree or any equivalent in Risk, Compliance and Security
·  Proactive/ Require the use of initiative and independent judgement
·  Ability to remain calm and use good judgement in emergency situations
·  Good customer service Skills
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills (both English and French)
·  Ability to work independently
·  Rigor and high quality work products and processes focus (pay attention to details)
·  Ability to meet tight deadlines
·  Teamwork and positive attitude
·  Computer Skills - knowledge of excel tool applications
·  Personal appearance
