Your challenges

· Drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of various agreements and other legal documents (e.g. Supplier contracts, Purchase of services agreements, Subcontracts; License Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, Statements of Work, etc.); ;
· Providing support to the Procurement, HR, Marketing and other Corporate Functions on drafting and reviewing agreements with suppliers and guiding internal stakeholders in managing the contractual relationships with suppliers;
· Drafting of contract, letter and documents templates and internal procedures;
· Counsel, advise and educate company employees regarding legal and risk management issues, safeguarding Accenture interests;
· Working on Law 231/2001 compliance program and anticorruption; managing compliance on Data Privacy and Data Security area;
· Managing of small litigations with the supplier (i.e. letter of credits recover, notification of objection etc);
· Generate and work with data and reports as may be required from time to time
· Develop/support internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge on various legal and compliance issues

Qualifications :

·  You have a degree in Italian Law
·  Thanks to 3-4 years of experience, you are able to manage the negotiation of contracts as described above
·  Thanks to 1-2 years of experience, you have the knowledge of Law 231/2001, Data Privacy/Data Security and Anticorruption
·  You are used to manage at the same time on different matters and work smartly (sometimes under pressure)
·  You are able to establish good relationship with your stakeholders and make team building
·  You are fluent in English (incl. legal terminology)
·  You love to share and learn different things
·  Every day is a new challenge for you and an opportunity to learn something new
