By a constant work based on new technologies in Artificial Intelligence , you would guide our Clients into the revolution of their Business Processes , maintaining a particular focus on Customer Care Processes to reached an automation perspective based on Cognitive solutions.
As a Functional Digital Architect you will be fundamental both in the functional, technical and economic analysis related to the implementation of the solutions identified, as well as in the actual implementation and release in production , according to what is shared with key users.

Qualifications :

What makes the difference

·  Strong basic technological expertise on Business Process in area CRM.
·  Experience in process analysis and/or system implementation projects in the areas indicated with roles transversal to the SW production cycle: Functional Analysis, UAT, deploy post production and PMO project.
·  Excellent client relationship management
·  Excellent leadership potential, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
·  Curiosity and strong interest for new technologies about Artificial Intelligence
·  Work flexibility and availability to travel
·  Fluent English communication skills
