Ecosystem Sales Enable Specialist – Data Analyst

The Ecosystem Sales Enablement professional is responsible for supporting sales directors in the management and execution of sourcing opportunities to achieve sales targets. Working with Ecosystem Sales Directors, partners, client teams and clients to ensure the high quality, value-add delivery of our sourcing services in the quote-to-cash lifecycle for resale, cloud & subscription management, and embedded solutions. This is a client facing role in practical proximity to clients being served. The ESE Data Analysis Specialist should possess advanced skills in data analyses and interpretation to optimize efficiency and quality and to interpret data. Additional skills should include acquiring data from primary sources and maintaining databases and provide ongoing reports. The Sales Enablement Specialist will take responsibility for managing our client's master data, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analysis and managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion of records.

Specific Skills

• Ability to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Skills – Some experience with Pivot tables, Charts and Graphs

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail, ability to work with a team, work under pressure, stay organized and prioritization skills for multiple requests

• Analytical skills - ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Adept at queries and presenting findings

• Helping develop reports and analysis.

• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

Qualifications :



Basic Qualifications:


·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience.
·  Proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Product suite
·  Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
·  Sales focus: the ability to provide customer focused service and to upsell
·  High level understanding and interest in technology platforms: hardware, software, and associated services
·  Knowledge of finance concepts and quote to cash workflow: invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, invoice collection
·  Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
·  Proficient organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
·  Excellent (written and oral) communication and interpersonal skills
