Job description

1. Job description:

- processes transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools.

- demonstrates knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform their responsibilities.

- solve problems by precedent and reference detailed instructions and procedural documents, escalating issues and seeking advice when faced with complex issues and problems

2. Job requirements:

- Resolve supplier and customer related situations as per procedures;

- Controlling the booking of the documents processed to assure the accuracy;

- Update processes and procedures;

- Develops good client relationships;

- Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results.

- Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur.

- Perform revenue recognition checks as per client policies and procedures

- When required, may plan and facilitate weekly team calls/meetings.

- May present and facilitate at group meetings and new hire integrations; may develop simple presentation content based on existing templates

- May provide assistance for a small team to meet objectives

- May participate, either voluntarily or through direct manager's request, on task forces, process teams, committees and special projects

General requirements:

- Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation which may include:

- Execute transactions with minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system (all new hires might require some direction initially)

- Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections

- Conduct data verification

- Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate

- File, archive and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards

- Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar and punctuation

- Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and compiling in requested format

- May coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high volume transaction processing and/or the training/education of new and/or more junior team members on operation procedures and policies

- Follow established policies, procedures and methods

- May serve as technical and functional resource or super users to other team members

- Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned

- Meet established goals and objectives

- Become a subject matter expert for complex processes

- Document all new learning(s) or change in processes in the standard format and seek relevant approvals on a periodic basis

- Assist in audit preparation and proceedings for both internal and external auditors

Desired profile

Qualifications :

- University graduate
- Previous experience in customer service is nice to have
- Fluent level of English language.
- Strong attention to details
- Team player with good communication skills
- Good in dealing with numbers and information;
- Proficient in MS Suite
- Driven and enthusiastic personality;
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.
