The Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) Operating Group supports the Communications Industry, Electronics and High Tech, and Media and Entertainment industries.

As a CMT Operations / Supply Chain Management Consultant you will work closely with our clients to implement strategies, transform organizations and conduct end-to-end process improvements to help enhance business performance within the fields of Operations, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Working Capital Reduction, Sourcing & Procurement etc.
As a CMT Talent & Organization Consultant you will work with clients to identify their most critical business goals, and then align human capital strategy, leadership, HR, analytics, enterprise learning and organization change capability to help deliver positive, measurable outcomes.
As a CMT Sales & Customer Service Consultant, you will work with and deliver outcome-focused services that address both sales and customer service challenges. The work includes enabling The Chief Operations Officer (COO) and/or Head of CRM’s agenda(s) by capitalizing on the service experience for retention and growth and excelling at delivering the service promise across channels. The work can also include enabling the Chief Sales Officer’s agenda by delivering results when it matters most - from sales operations and execution excellence to driving growth across sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist our CMT clients in establishing and implementing a vision, road map and governance to address new business opportunities and support future growth.
• Contributing in team to develop business / technology transformation approaches that add concrete value to the client’s IT and business, monitoring the implementation and help our client on IT investment if necessary.
• Develop materials including but not limited to business model strategies, operating models, best practice process frameworks and delivery models
• Share leading practice industry insights and experiences with client executives to further develop the Accenture footprint and brand across our client organizations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

【Basic Qualifications】
• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Consulting experience working on business transformation projects in areas of:
- Supply Chain Management
- Sales & Marketing
- Corporate Finance
- Talent & Organization
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate or government entities.
• With a keen interest in Communications, Media and Technology industry and highly motivated towards success.
• Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills in business Japanese

【Preferred Skills】
•Experience in developing materials including but not limited to commercial proposals, business model strategies, operating models, best practice process frameworks and delivery models.
•Experience in team management, and ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines of design and implement business transformation activities.
•Business acumen and can-do attitude combined with eagerness to understand client needs and help client businesses unleash the power of digital to drive growth and transformation.
•TOEIC score: 700 or higher
