Status: Contract, Full Time (4 months)

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is someone who is comfortable and excels at developing relationships both internally and externally. You will be someone who strives for continuous improvement and who enjoys researching and keeping up to date on the latest best practices as they relate to Human Resource and Talent Acquisition best practices. You must be someone who is able to handle a variety of responsibilities in a professional manner and working on multiple assignments.

Responsibilities:

·  Provide support to the talent acquisition team including writing and posting advertisements, review resumes, pre-screening, telephone interview, forwarding background check forms;
·  Coordinate interviews with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers;
·  Assist in in-person interviews conducted in the office;
·  Assist with new hire onboarding process;
·  Actively share and post content on social media sites;
·  Engage and participate in our team meetings;
·  Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills;
·  Exceptional writing skills and attention to details;
·  Ability to deal with multiple demands and priorities;
·  Ability to work regular business hours of 8:30AM to 5 PM;
·  Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents;
·  Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).

Required Education and Experience:

·  Enrollment in a Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related programs level.
·  Experience in a Human Resources role with a talent acquisition focus is an asset;
·  Coordination and project management experience is an asset.
