JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Enterprise Web Application Support Engineer, with a proven track record of providing advanced technical support for enterprise web applications, applying comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft .NET stack, and using your superior interpersonal skills to interact with your customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ability to debug web application issues using industry standard tools and your innate ability to solve problems.  
    • Be quick to respond to requests for service from all of your clients to resolve reported problems and communicate solutions
    • Use our help desk system to track, solve, and communicate the resolution to your user community.
    • Research, recommend and implement modifications to reduce user problems.  In addition, contribute amazingly helpful articles to the knowledge base to reduce future help requests.
    • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities while keeping your eye on the prize.
  • Openly share your knowledge with the team while genuinely caring about people and our product.
  • Exude your upbeat energy and enthusiasm each and every day to serve as an individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in internal customer support.
  • Candidate must be proficient in the following
    • Microsoft .NET stack: C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
    • JavaScript

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4+ years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • IT Knowledge: Operating System, Event Viewer, IIS Configuration, NLB, ARR, etc.
