JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Cardiac Rhythm Management business is recruiting for an experienced administrator to support our marketing and education teams in a fast-paced environment. Based in our Solihull office, the Education and Events Administrator will provide administrative, logistical and compliance support for the CRM marketing and education, ensuring customers have a positive experience of Abbott education and events, and that events comply with internal and external compliance standards.
Main responsibilities include:
· Organising and supporting the planning of educational events, campaigns and congresses in line with organizational objectives, to include appropriate venue selection and accommodation, invitations etc. Support the Abbott brand in correspondence, literature etc. and attend and professional represent Abbott as required.
· Post-event, managing online customer feedback forms and presenting that data onwards.
· Managing budgets in terms of delivery of events.
· Timely, coordinated communication with relevant stakeholder
· Providing a professional front of house image to visitors on site, and maintain a positive relationship with external suppliers, e.g. trainers, caterers etc., ensuring the highest level of customers service.
· Supporting internal staff and delegates with travel bookings in line with Abbott policy.
· Facilitating timely payment of contracts for vendors.
· Administering the CRM GDPR database and manage content for compliance.
· Supporting the appropriate activities and compliance related to our interaction with Healthcare Professionals.
· Liaising between Abbott CRM and compliance and privacy council.
What you’ll need:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Competent user of MS Office suite at intermediate/advanced level
· Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness
· Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive
