Tasks:
In this technical and managerial role your main accountabilities will be: manage the development of a comprehensive training strategy, work with department managers and with customers to develop an effective training programs offering, eveloping and distributing the annual training calendar, evaluating and improving training programs to meet changing needs of the participants as well as of the business; create a professional training catalogue and keeping it always up-to-date, define with department managers the pricing of the training programs offering, preparing quotations for training programs in the catalogue and off the catalogue; ensure the trainers, the back-office personnel and all other parties involved in the training activity receives the necessary input to carry out their job correctly without any delay or misunderstanding. You will also have the opportunity to manage training schedules and sessions ensuring facility setup and logistics, define communications campaign to increase awareness of the training programs offering among customers, ensure the accomplishment of the target rates in the customer experience.
