In our Electrification Products Division, for our Distribution Solutions Business Unit, located in Dalmine (BG), we are looking for a fresh graduated or junior Mechanical Engineer who will support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality and on time delivery of products.

Tasks:

In this role you will:
•Participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products;
•Prepare technical documentation regarding the process phases and the related methods and cycle times;
•Ensure that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements;
•Support and participate in the definition of action plans, training of relevant maintenance and production teams, and other activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.

Requirements:

You hold a Degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering and an overall knowledge of Office tools.
Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
Flexibility, Problem solving, Teamworking, Innovation mindset are considered a plus.
