Internship R&D Process Excellence

In our Electrification Products Division, for our Business Unit Protection and Connection, located in Bergamo, we are looking for an Internship R&D Process Excellence. You will contribute with own ideas to identify, propose and implement innovative technology development and solutions and solve industrial problems independently.

Tasks:

Your main accountabilities:

- support in the management of PLM;
- support in the development of new processes;
- maintain awareness of state-of-art technology, as well as ABB products and technologies, and identify and understand technical drivers for R&D projects in own area;
- understand what creates customer value in own R&D projects and project portfolio of own organization and work to improve operations and increase customer satisfaction according to incoming requests;
- R&D data analysis (design, products, anagraphic), ensures alignment with assigned targets and actively applies R&D processes and tools;
- data control for compliance with ABB procedures.

Requirements:

For this role is requested:

- a Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering;
- knowledge of the Microsoft Office and the basic knowledge of SAP;
- fluent English B2/C1;
- team working, proactivity, willingness to interface with different realities and cultures.
