Internship Apparatus Production Specialist

In our Electrification Products Division, for our Distribution Solutions Business Unit located in Dalmine, we are looking for a Production Development Specialist. In this role, you will work in the Production Team with a strong focus on improvement project, production processes optimization, KPI monitoring.

Tasks:

Your main tasks will be:

• Drive the continuous improvements projects in the production department (Daily Management, Efficiency, Lean, Quality, Kaizen, Safety, Production & logistic projects)
• KPI monitoring and improvement
• Participates in proactive way the innovative projects ongoing in the production departments, implements the new technologies related industry 4.0 ( AR, machine learning, big data analytics, collaborative robot)
• Support production during production lines start-up by training indirect and direct staff
• Support production during day-by day activities

Requirements:

You have a master degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering and you have a good English language level. You have a good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Methodology. Networking capabilities and strong Team Working attitude are required.
