Generali Italia is currently looking for a Business Analytics Solutions Manager.

The role provides a clear, strategic vision and translates them into a plan for bringing actionable, innovative and analytic solutions to be implemented in the Countries. The selected candidate should also be able to foresee potential actions to be explored and proposed to the Countries.

Main Tasks
· Collaborating with internal clients to understand the business situation
· Developing data driven insights
· Managing Data Scientists team in order to perform quantitative analysis
· Prioritizing and monitoring project progress against goals, identifing risks and roadblocks
· Communicating and engaging with key internal stakeholders to collaboratively solve project problems
· Providing regular reports and updates to the management

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

·  3/5 years of experience
·  A minimum of 3 years professional hands-on experience with statistical modeling, data mining and advanced segmentation, using large marketing databases
·  A minimum of 3 years proven managerial or supervisory experience
·  Master degree in scientific disciplines (Business, Finance, Operations Research, Management Engineering or related area)
·  Fluent English
·  Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources
·  Proven experience in influencing business results through the application and/or management of advanced statistical techniques and data driven solutions

Nice to have

·  Familiarity with Big Data systems
·  Additional languages
·  PMI certification or equivalent project management training
·  Background in Tier-1/ Tier-2 consulting firms

Soft skill

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to work as part of a team
·  Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team towards results delivery
